Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is embarking on a visit to Jalore district today to personally assess the aftermath of the devastating Biparjoy cyclone. The cyclone wreaked havoc in the region, causing extensive damage and displacing numerous individuals. As part of his visit, CM Gehlot aims to meet with the affected people and offer them his support during this challenging time.

Accompanying the Chief Minister on this important mission is Jalore MP Devji, who will undertake a comprehensive evaluation of the cyclone's impact, particularly focusing on the flood triggered by the dam break. Devji will engage with the affected populace, listening to their concerns and ensuring that their needs are adequately addressed. The itinerary includes landing at Sanchore airstrip at 1 pm, followed by a meeting with the flood-affected individuals.

In response to the catastrophic events, local leader Patel has reached out to CM Gehlot by penning a letter. In the correspondence, Patel emphasizes the urgent requirement for a special economic package aimed at assisting the traders and farmers in the flood-ravaged district. Furthermore, there is a pressing fodder crisis at the world's largest cowshed, Pathmeda, which is seeking a grant of 10 crores to address the situation effectively.
